Nature photographer and aurora guide Tomi Valo familiarize you to
nature photography and the camera control,
and best of all he will take
you to the best photographing locations at the Pallas-Yllästunturi
nature park!
Tomi Valo have been teaching photography / image processing for many years at Enontekiö.
The workshop are especially studied the northern lights, birds and other wildlife photography.
You
do not need to have previous experience all you need is SLR camera with
necessary accessories.
Eg. for the northern lights; wide-angle lens and
a tripod.
Tutorial tailored to your needs and may vary in length
from one day/night to a week. Enontekiö is one of the world's best places to
observe and photograph the northern lights. Tourists from all over the
world travel here to see the northern lights. Season begins in late
August / September and will continue until the end of April. In the
autumn when lakes, rivers and ponds are still free from the ice cover we
can have beautiful pictures as northern lights are reflected from calm
surface of the water. In the winter fells with heavy snow covered trees
create a unique environment and a framework for photographing.
